What do I need to open my EXKLUZIVNÍ účet?

Opening your EXKLUZIVNÍ účet is easy. What do you need?

Your ID card or another proof of identity
Czech residence permit or another document establishing your relation to the Czech Republic

What does active account use mean?

If you meet at least one of the following conditions, your EXKLUZIVNÍ účet account will be maintained free of charge for that month. Otherwise, the monthly account maintenance fee is 299 CZK.

The sum of your deposits and investments held with the bank as of the last day of the month amounts to at least 1,500,000 CZK (or an equivalent amount in another currency). Deposits mean the sum of positive balances of your accounts and term deposits; investments are considered as the price of your investment instruments under the bank's management.
Or you make 10 card payments per month and receive at least 50,000 CZK on your current account. The two highest payments are counted.

Are any ATM withdrawals subject to an extra charge?

Unlimited ATM withdrawals do not apply to ATMs subject to an extra fee charged by the ATM operator.

Usually, these are ATMs of non-banking institutions and the extra fee is usually explicitly mentioned to the cardholder on the ATM display, who must approve it to proceed with the withdrawal.

What do I need to transfer my account to Raiffeisenbank?

To transfer an account, you need to visit any of our branch offices with your ID card and account statement or list of payments. We will take care of everything on your behalf within the statutory term of 13 business days.

Are there any fees associated with the change of the bank?

We are pleased to be your new bank. Thus, the service is completely FREE of charge.

If I decide to transfer my account to you, do I have to transfer all my regular payments along?

We will complete a bank change request together when you visit our branch office. In the request you choose whether we will transfer your payment operations as a whole or just some of them. Also, we will give you an opportunity to close your original account and transfer the balance to your new account held with Raiffeisenbank.
